AXEL REED

Character's Name:  Axel Reed

Date of Birth:  10/1/1971

Hometown:  Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Height: 6'1"

Weight:  240lbs.

What other feds does this character compete in:  DERP

Appearance:  An older, but not ancient looking man.  He's in his 40's and looks it.  Pretty good shape for his age but certainly will not be performing any 450's in the immediate future, or come off the top for pretty much anything.  Shoulder length brown hair that is typically pulled back into a pony tail, will sometimes come undone during his matches.  Missing a couple teeth on the bottom right of his mouth from a beating he received (and deserved) from Burt Clifton after abducting the love of Burt's life...  It's not really visible unless you are desperately trying to spot it.  A few random scars throughout his body which would be expected after all the years of wear and tear in the wrestling industry.  There's also a scar above his right breast and below the shoulder line from were a cancer port was placed(then removed) a couple years ago.  Full goatee, will occasionally sport a 5 o' clock shadow.

In Ring Attire:  Taped up fists.  black wrestling briefs, black boots with black tassels(Think Bulldog/Ultimate warrior... just black).  One black elbow pad, right arm.  Will sometimes come to the ring wearing a shirt but will wrestle without it.  Nothing overly fancy.

History (feds he's competed in, former titles he has held, etc):  Jesus, a lot.  This character alone has participated in too many feds to count and has captured too many titles to count (or remember for that matter.) The last two fed's he's had an impact in (if you want to call it that) were probably WILD/IGA.  He won titles there but I can't even remember which ones, it looks bad I know.  Despite holding numerous titles he never was a "title chaser" so to speak, if they came they came... if not, whatever.  I'd like to provide a more detailed fed history but to be honest, I've never been big on listing various titles and fed's as it's not really relevant to current events and probably mean much less to other people then it does me.

Personality:  Remember in high school how you’d have an ultra-talented football player on the team? He’d end up playing most of his first year and showed unlimited potential… only to be booted off the team for terrible grades, or public masturbation, or whatever.  Just a pure waste of talent, or Jamarcuz Russel. That’s Axel Reed’s career in a nutshell and sums him up perfectly.  He’s quite the capable wrestler even at the age of 40, it just takes a lot to actually pull that aspect out of him.  He’ll often get caught up during a match toying with his opponents for no particularly good reason, whether it’s pissing away control of the match because he tries to pin his opponent with a finger, or purposely counting himself out because he fears a particular opponent.  He’s not above going for the easy wins either.

He can appear condescending at times, be pretty insulting, sarcastic, or lose himself in a ramble.  That would probably explain why he’s coming out of retirement to join an indy fed at the age of 40 despite having pretty good success early on in his career, well, that combined with the fact there’s likely no other places that would take him in.

Face / Heel / Neutral:  Face (I think I just threw up a little in my mouth typing that)

Entrance Music:  I've been trying to think of a new one, for now I'm going to settle with "Best Friend” Toy Box

Ring Entrance (may include lyrics):  UGH, I hate doing these.  I'm going to take the lazy approach here and say I'll send it in my first strat as this app is the first ew-related thing I've did in forever and seeing ring entrance is turning my stomach.  (Don't ask.)

Type of Wrestler (high flyer, brawler, technician, etc):  Technical with limited brawling.

Comparable Real Wrestlers (VERY imporant for me -- if i can youtube the moves, ill make sure to use them properly):  Ted Dibiase, Bret Hart, Ric Flair, Randy Savage, Misawa.  That’s when he’s in control and focused.  You can pretty much add any ring general type old school wrestler, just with Ric Flair esq quirks looped in.  Slapping, ball grabbing, spitting, tights holding for pinfalls, etc.

Move set (list 10-30 moves):

1.  Multiple suplex variations (Most notable:  Tiger suplex, bridging german, vertical, gut wrench etc.)
