Big Mike Foyer

 BIG MIKE FOYER-
Name:  Big Mike Foyer
Age:  28
Height:  6' 10"
Weight:  355 lbs.
Hometown:  Fort Worth, Texas
Alignment:  Tweener

Description: A tall and powerfully built, barrel chested bear of a man with long, dark brown hair and a thick, bushy sideburn and mustache combination.  He also doesn't shave his body like most wrestler's today, furthering his bear-like appearence.  His barrel chested build and thick boned body trunk make him appear as if he's heavy set with a bit of a beer gut, but anyone who gives him a gut punch will find that he's quite hard muscle all over.

Look/Attire:  He wears a short-legged, red trimmed, black wrestling doublet with textured red tribal-style designs and an almost demonic looking bulldog on the belly; the letters BMF carved into it's meaty forehead, black wrist bands, braced knee pads, and red laced, black wrestling boots.  When making an entrance, he sports gold framed shades with dark brown lenses and a black cowboy hat with the sides folded up.

Personality/Background:  Big Mike Foyer began his wrestling career as an unknown talent that was discovered by Leon Corella, debuting as his personal muscle.  Oddly enough, the two struck up a strong friendship in that time that carried on well after KAWF folded.  The two would work three promotions as a duo, with Leon bating them with his sharp insults right into Big Mike's waiting hands.  However, BMF wanted to be more than Leon's buddy.  When they arrived in the IGA, tensions quickly began to rise between the two until eventually they had a showdown.  The confrontation would end in disaster for Big Mike.  Leon Corella, Jon Quake, and Apathy jointly decimated the big man, shattering his ankle and his skull, leaving him hobbled and severely brain damaged.

Surprisingly, Big Mike recovered a year and a half after that horrific event, resurfacing in DCWL as an unlikely ally to then DCWL Grand Champion, Julian "Bane" Beckson.  At first, BMF worked with Bane, making things exceptionally difficult on Leon but in a surprise twist, he turned on Julian Beckson.  Tiring of his Nazi beliefs, Mike assaulted and then later faced Bane in DCWL's first taste of what quickly become Foyer's specialty since the IGA, "The Texas Death Match."

Once that little bit of business was done, BMF resumed his quest to ruin Leon, despite his former friend having apparently turned over a new leaf.  Mike was out for blood and didn't care who he hurt, he did everything within his power, including exposing Leon's family to the real truth about his professional career.  The effects devastated Leon's personal life, broke his family apart, and nearly broke the man, but he found the resolve to stand tall against Big Mike in a special twist of Big Mike's match specialty, an Exploding Texas Death Match.  Though Big Mike did lose the match by a hair, he had won the war against Corella.

Afterwards, Big Mike fell out for a little while, leaning on IT computer work to keep him occupied but at the end of the day, he just got the itch to get in the ring again.  After working out hard, getting himself into shape, he's ready for competition.

Theme Song: "The Memory Remains" by Metallica

Entrance:

[A deep, rough, dry voice bellows over the house PA system...]

V/O:  SIX FEET.... TEN INCHES TALL....  THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY POUNDS OF BAD.... MOTHER.... F****R!!

#FORTUNE, FAME...
#MIRROR PAIN...
#GONE INSANE BUT THE MEMMMOOOORRRRYYYY REMAAAAIIIINNNS!!

[The opening guitars of Metallica's "The Memory Remains" hits the speakers as the powerful, six foot-ten frame of Big Mike Foyer steps through the curtains.  Decked out in a a short-legged, red trimmed, black wrestling doublet with textured red tribal-style designs and an almost demonic looking bulldog on the belly; the letters BMF carved into it's meaty forehead, black wrist bands, braced knee pads, red laced, black wrestling boots, gold framed shades with dark brown lenses and a black cowboy hat with the sides folded up, the grizzly sized man lifts his fists up over his head and points to the cieling.  The one time monster of DCWL makes his way down the aisle, the crowd having a mixed reaction towards him.]

[Arriving at ringside, BMF reaches up and grabs the middle rope.  Lifting his right leg and placing the foot on the apron, he pulls himself onto the apron.  Placing his hands on the top rope, he pushes down and throws one leg over it, followed by the other.  Entering the ring, Big Mike makes his way to his corner, then places his foot in the second rope, grabs the top, and raises himself on the middle rope.  Once there he slowly lifts his arms up, then curles them down while roaring "YEEEAAAAHHHH!!" at the crowd.  He then eases down, removing his cowboy hat and shades, handing those items of apparel off to a ring attendant through the ropes.  Once done, he leans back in his corner, briefly scratching at the side of his nose as he awaits his opponent...]

Strengths:
Borderline in-human strength/toughness:  Big Mike Is a rare combination of genetics that supports dense, compressed muscle on a thick boned frame, giving him great lifting and crushing power with his bare hands.  He isn't muscular just in his upperbody either.  Thanks to his former mentor, Leon Corella, Big Mike learned to develop and utilized every ounce of muscle potential his body is capable of.  Don't let his apparent pot belly fool you, if he gets his hands on you, usually it's game over.  This also adds up to BMF not only being able to dish out the punishment, but take it as well.  BMF will take an insane amount of physical punishment before he is ever knocked unconscious, making last man standing style matches more in his favor.  It's a frightening thing

Very fast hands:  While Big Mike moves a little faster than most big man, which is average speed for most wrestlers, his hands are lightning quick.  He has surprised many a cruiserweight by snatching them in the middle of an evasion tactic and slamming them straight to the canvas.

Solid Cardio Regimine:  In addition to being tough, He can also add stamina to his list of favorable attributes.  While his size and mass do tax him quite heavily, Big Mike is capable of going the distance in long term matches.  He's no Cardio monster, but he's definitely got more staying power than your typical big man.

Weaknesses:
Chronic Headaches:  Due to a severe head injury he suffered a long time ago, Big Mike suffers every day with headaches that range from a dull ache to a raging migraine.  However, he's used to the pain so a migraine won't bring him down too much, but it can leave him somewhat distracted during a match.  Due to modern wellness practices, he is forced to forgo the use of pain medication in favor of working matches.  It's also easier to anger or agitate him when he's having a migraine spike.

Ocassional Short Term memory loss:  Big Mike's long term memory is sharp, but his short term memory is sketchy at best.  He often has to make notes to constantly remind himself to do certain planned activities.  This can have an impact during his matches where he'll do things like, say, set up a table then forget he set it up if he doesn't put his opponent through it or leave the ring to go look for a chair only to grab a ladder instead.  It's a small thing.  He'll sometimes be caught asking the ref what type of match he's in if he's got a second to ask.  Gotta' love brain damage!

Short Fuse:  Once upon a time, Big Mike was a pretty laid back individual, but the events of his life that have lead him to our present day and time have left him easily frustrated and angered.  BMF tends to assume the worst in most situations and if someone shows even the slightest hint of provocation, be it physical, verbal, or even imagined, he has a strike first and ask questions second policy.  This tends to leave him with very few friends backstage after awhile.
------------------------------------
Notes:

Physical Conditions-  Big Mike has a good portion of the frontal OS of his skull replaced with two steel plates due to a severe impact from a sledgehammer to the skull roughly 3 years ago.  He also has an ankle that is pretty much held together by reinforced steel rods and pins due to that same sledgehammer shattering his ankle completely.  This gives him advantages in the form of a forehead that is harder than even a Samoan's and the ability to kick really hard with his left foot.  Whether it's medically proven or not that steel rods work that way, it seems to for Big Mike.  Ankle locks on his left leg will not work.  His left foot does not pivot or twist beyond a certain point, therefore, if someone locks it on his left foot, all they will do is annoy him.  His ankle has cost him some of the mobility he used to have and he's only a little slower, but he's long since compensated for that loss.
