History (feds he's competed in, former titles he has held, etc):
The brothers Houlihan were, as the story goes, local legends in the athletic department. Baseball, football, basketball, anything sports related. However, also as the story goes, most of the time local legends go to college and find themselves entrenched with local legends and well... sometimes the local boys don't look so hot. That was the case with the brothers Houlihan--they just couldn't cut it on the field.
But they weren't quitters. Nay. The brothers Houlihan knew they were destined for greatness, knew that they we're born with a purpose. Soon afte returnign home with their heads hanging low, they received a phone call from Arizona. Turns out their Uncle lived there, and was sort of a old washed up wrestler. He told the boys that while things might not have turned out in their favor, there is still a way to suceed--wrestling. It was the one sport they had never dared to try, and shit... Why not? They rocked at everything else they did, wreslting shouldn't be much different!
Thus, the brothers became a full fledge member of Ryan Delaney's DART~!, which stands for "Delaney's Academy of Rasslin' Techniques". The brothers were the best the academy had to offer. Which isn't saying much, but still... Either way, the brothers trained hard, learning all the could from Ryan Delaney and the rest of the instructors. However, as luck would have it, Delaney was not a great business man, and the school soon floundered, leaving the brothers with no where to turn.
Again, Uncle Sid calls. But this time, hearing the reports of how well his nephews did in DART~!, invites the boys out west to stay with him. Taking it as a sign, the brothers didn't even think twice. They packed up their shit and headed west. Upon their arrival, Uncle Sid already had a tryout with PVW scheduled. Finally with lady luck on their side, the brothers Houlihans were granted the opportunity to wrestle with some of the best! Let's see how they do!
Personality: Different from his brother, Devin's more of a punker, more grunge, more alternative. While JD was out with the girls, Devin's at home, manhandlign people on his XBOX. He's more intelligent, so to speak, although JD would called him a nerd. Has worse temper than JD, that's for certain.
Face / Heel / Neutral: Neutral with heel tendencies. JD's a do gooder, Devin's an asshole.

["Know Your Enemy" by Rage Against the Machine bursts forth from the PA system, as the crowd stands. Some cheer, some just stare, but either way, out from the curtains from JD and Devin! Each one takes a side on the rampway, and raises their hands in the air, trying to elicit some support! As the brothers begin their approach to the ring, taking time to slap some fan's hands on the way, there Uncle Sid makes his way out from the curtains, following the pair down to the ring. JD elects to the take the steps, as Devin rolls underneath the bottom ropes. The take turns climbg the turnbuckles, working the crowd, as the song winds down. However, bfore the song completely ends, the duo plays rock, paper, scissors to decide who starts the match!]
